TXM Recruit are currently recruiting for Multi Trade operatives to work for our client based in Ilford, working in occupied domestic properties across the West London area (Shepherds Bush, Middlesex). 4-6 jobs a day on average (responsive repairs), some jobs may be larger that require 3-4 days to complete.

As a Multi Trade operative, your duties will be but not limited to –

Carpentry
Plumbing
Plastering / rendering
Lock changes / fixes (desirable)
This role is working Monday – Friday, 08:00am – 04:30pm (can be flexible with start and finish times)

There is a on call rota, which would be 1 in 5 weeks.

Salary for this role is between £40,000 – £45,000 per annum

As this is a permanent position, you will be given a Van and a Fuel card. There will be a holiday and pension package provided as well.
