Manage and develop supplier relationships to ensure continuous business growth.
Implement strategies to manage supplier performance and compliance.
Work closely with internal stakeholders to align supplier capabilities with business requirements.
Identify and manage risks within the supply chain.
Conduct regular supplier reviews and performance evaluations.
Manage supplier contracts and agreements.

A successful Supplier Relationship Specialist should have:

A degree in Business, Supply Chain Management or related field.
Experience in procurement and supply chain management within the financial services industry.
Experience leading or supporting Marketing category management
Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
A proven track record in supplier management and contract negotiation.
Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
An understanding of risk management within the supply chain.
