Ryan has an exciting opportunity for a Contact Centre Advisor, known internally as Client Success Executive to join our thriving Client Success team in our Manchester call centre. As a Client Success Executive, you'll play a pivotal role in assisting our clients with their commercial property portfolios, helping them maximize potential savings and achieve success. You will go through full training on the industry, therefore previous industry experience is not essential. However, we do require previous experience working in a phone based role, preferably with sales/up selling elements.

Duties and responsibilities:

Client:

Client Engagement: Proactively gather essential information and documentation from small to medium-sized business clients to enable Ryan to maximize their clients’ savings opportunities.

Expectation Management: Clearly communicate processes and timescales to clients, ensuring transparency and understanding.

*

Relationship Building: Deliver exceptional service to build and maintain strong client relationships.

*

Data Accuracy: Keep client records up to date and accurate, reflecting any changes correctly.

*

Opportunity Identification: Seek renewal and referral opportunities for other Ryan services to ensure all client savings avenues are explored.

Education and Experience:

Positive Attitude: You are engaging, assertive, and bring a positive energy to your role.

Customer Focused: With at least 12 months of telephone-based customer service experience, you understand the importance of excellent client service.

Relationship Building: Your ability to engage in conversation and earn trust is second to none.

Goal-Oriented: You are motivated by delivering outstanding service and achieving targets.

Excellent Communicator: You have an exceptional telephone manner and can compose professional emails and reports.

Computer Skills:

Tech Savvy: Comfortable with MS Office and quick to learn new tools.

Salary:

£25,750 per annum + bonus + commission = Realistic on target earnings £38,000 per annum
