Driver Technician

Ipswich

£11.50 rising to £12.21 per hour in April

40 hours per week, Monday to Friday

As a Driver Technician you will be delivering and installing health related products. You will be pivotal in providing life enhancing equipment and second-to-none customer service.

This role requires you to work flexibly to participate in an emergency on-call rota.

A DBS is required.

Full training is provided.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

* Driving to customer’s homes, acting in a respectful, polite and approachable manor

* Delivering, collecting, installing and repairing healthcare equipment

* Demonstrating the use and functionality of the equipment to our customers

* Delivering exceptional customer facing service with care, empathy, integrity and kindness

* Basic DIY tasks

Experience required includes:

* You must have a full UK driving licence (minimum of 3 years)

* Work well independently and as part of a team.

* Must have good communication skills.

* Be flexible with working days/hours to suit the needs of the business and participate in an emergency on-call rota.
