Piling Quantity Surveyor Role

We are currently searching for a Quantity Surveyor for a market leading and growing Piling contractor during their ongoing expansion. 

You will have the opportunity to work across a range of interesting and high-profile projects, taking ownership for developing the relationship with the client as well as working as part of a well-established integrated delivery team. 

The projects vary, giving the Quantity Surveyor exposure to a variety of contract types, schemes, clients and challenges and you will be supported in developing to ensure you have well rounded experience. 

The ideal candidate will have experience of working on construction, civils and infrastructure projects and experience within the development, implementation and application of Company and project specific commercial systems and procedures we’d love to hear from you. 

Some of your duties will include 

•        Ensuring all Commercial Activities are performed in an ethical manner while maintaining a competitive position 

•        Reviewing and managing Risk and Opportunities 

•        Ensure cashflow is maintained

•        Ensuring accurate Month - End CVR Reporting

•        Pricing of change orders

•        Dealing with subcontractor orders and general paperwork

•        Procurement of materials and subcontracts

•        Creating monthly applications towards client and understanding and developing project budgets

•        Dealing with client queries related to scope of works
