Key Responsibilities:

Partner with department leads to provide financial insights and support strategic goals
Build strong relationships as the main finance contact across the organisation
Contribute to management meetings and strategic planning
Oversee budgeting and forecasting to align with company objectives
Review financial performance, deliver reports, and provide recommendations
Identify cost-saving and revenue-growth opportunities
Develop financial models to assess performance and guide decisions
Conduct scenario analyses to evaluate opportunities and risks
Present data-driven insights to senior management
Produce accurate, timely financial reports for stakeholders
Review budgets with department heads, track trends, and address variances
Provide strategic financial advice to optimise outcomes
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and accounting standards
Support audits and strengthen internal controls
Lead process improvements using technology for better reporting and analysis 
Skills, Experience, and Training Requirements:

Fully qualified (ACCA or CIMA)
Extensive experience in finance business partnering
Highly skilled in analysis and problem-solving, with advanced proficiency in ERP systems and financial tools (e.g., Sage, Excel)
Proven track record in financial modelling, forecasting, and enhancing business performance
Excellent communicator with strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building abilities
Able to work in dynamic and busy environments
