We're on the hunt for a Client Development Manager to drive growth in the fast-moving Data Centre recruitment industry. If you love building relationships, spotting opportunities, and closing deals, this could be the perfect role for you.
What You'll Be Doing:
Identifying and securing new business opportunities with existing and new clients
Building and maintaining strong client relationships
Negotiating contracts and delivering tailored recruitment solutions to new and existing clients
Heavily embedded into the Data Centre Industry by attending events in and out of the UK
Travelling across UK and Europe
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience in business development, someone who has been a successful recruiter with the desire to travel and focus on client development would be ideal!
A results-driven mindset with a hunger to succeed
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to build rapport and long-term relationships
