Job Title: Edgebander Operator (HOMAG Experience)
Location: HD5 – Huddersfield
Salary: £14ph + DOE
Job Type: Temporary to Permanent
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00am – 4:00pm / 8:00am - 5:00pm

About the Role:
We’re on the lookout for a skilled Edgebander Operator with hands-on experience operating HOMAG machinery to join a well-established and growing manufacturing team in Huddersfield (HD5). You’ll be working with high-quality materials, producing precision components for the furniture and joinery sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Set up and operate HOMAG edgebander machinery

*

Read and interpret technical drawings and cutting lists

*

Monitor production for accuracy and quality

*

Perform routine machine maintenance and safety checks

*

Work as part of a small but efficient production team

*

Maintain a clean and safe working environment

Requirements:

*

Proven experience operating HOMAG or similar CNC edgebanding machinery

*

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

*

Ability to read technical drawings

*

Reliable and punctual with a solid work ethic

*

Experience in a woodworking or joinery environment preferred
