My client is a leading M&E contractor based in Northampton, specializing in delivering high-quality installations for new build projects. We pride ourselves on our commitment to excellence and innovation in the building services sector.

Role Overview:
We are seeking a skilled New Build Plumber to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out 1st fix and 2nd fix plumbing work in residential and commercial new build projects around Northampton.

Key Responsibilities:

* Execute 1st fix plumbing installations, including pipework and drainage systems.

* Perform 2nd fix plumbing work, such as fitting sinks, toilets, baths, and other fixtures.

* Carry out installations in kitchens and bathrooms to a high standard.

* Collaborate with other trades and project teams to ensure smooth operations.

* Adhere to health and safety regulations and maintain a clean work environment.

* Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.

Requirements:

* Relevant mechanical qualifications (e.g., NVQ Level 2/3 in Plumbing and Heating).

* Previous experience in new build plumbing projects is preferred.

* Strong understanding of plumbing systems and regulations.

* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

* Full UK driving license.
