OA is seeking an Administrator to become an integral part of our client's thriving team.

As an Office Administrator, you'll manage works orders, coordinate schedules, and provide essential support to our field teams. If you're a dynamic and organised individual with a talent for administration, a confident telephone manner, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.

Location: Barnet

Hours: Monday to Friday. 9am-5pm or 8:30am-4:30pm. Office based.

Salary: £26,000-£30,000 – depending on experience

Administrator - Main Responsibilities:

Work Orders & Quotations: Manage works orders, submit quotations, and handle the email inbox.
Team Support: Provide general office administration and support other team members.
Scheduling: Coordinate, book, and manage the diary for field teams.
Correspondence: Maintain a strong and confident telephone manner for handling calls.
Data Entry: Ensure data input with high accuracy, good written, and numeracy skills.
Email Management: Handle email correspondence, sort and prioritise emails, and address important messages promptly.
Routine Correspondence: Compose and send routine correspondence.
Filing Systems: Create and maintain efficient online filing systems.
General Duties: Perform various general administrative duties as needed.
Administrator - Candidate Requirements:

Attitude & Skills: Possess a positive attitude, good interpersonal skills, and the ability to work autonomously in a demanding environment.
Time Management: Demonstrate strong time management skills with the ability to focus, organise, and prioritise workload.
Problem Solving: Exhibit strong problem-solving abilities.
Administrator - Qualifications and Experience:

Experience: Strong Administrator with experience in a similar role.
Language Skills: Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
Computer Skills: Excellent skills in Office 365 (Excel, Word).
Telephone Manner: Confident and professional on the telephone.
Interpersonal Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with engineers and clients of all levels.
CRM Software: Ability to learn new CRM software applications.
Initiative: Ability to work with initiative and in a fast-paced environment.
Team Experience: Experience working in a small team is preferred.
Client Portals: Experience with completing/updating jobs on client portals.
Scheduling: Experience with scheduling work.
Documentation: Ability to chase operatives for photos/worksheets and assist with collecting and processing H&S documentation.
