Job Title: Mobile Multi-Skilled Engineer
Location: Devon & Cornwall Area
Salary: Up to £40,000 per annum
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Some flexibility available)
Overtime Pay: 1.5x on Saturdays, x2 on Sundays & Bank Holidays

Join a leading facilities maintenance company as a Mobile Multi-Skilled Engineer covering depots and commercial office sites across Devon and Cornwall. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a top-tier company offering great benefits and a supportive working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

* Carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across multiple sites.

* Respond quickly and effectively to maintenance requests, ensuring minimal downtime.

* Work on various building services, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other general maintenance tasks.

* Ensure that all work is completed to a high standard and within agreed timescales.

* Maintain accurate records of work completed, including servicing and repairs.

Requirements:

* F-Gas qualification is required.

* Previous experience in facilities maintenance or similar multi-skilled/building services engineering roles.

* Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical, plumbing, and general building maintenance.

* Full, clean UK driving license (van and fuel card provided).

* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

* Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude.
