Job Title: Logistics Support Coordinator

Location: Copthorne - must be a driver due to location

Salary: £23,000 - £24,000

Lloyd Recruitment Services are seeking a highly organised and proactive Logistics Support Coordinator to our client's dynamic logistics and fulfilment team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day warehousing operations while delivering excellent service to clients and supporting overall operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities:

Manage orders through the warehouse management system, ensuring smooth flow and accurate documentation
Maintain backend functions such as back orders, client accounts, product management, and system alerts
Liaise with couriers for lost or damaged shipments and coordinate collections and deliveries with haulage partners
Respond to client and third-party queries, assist with quotes and pricing for shipping, and manage central email accounts
Oversee the ordering and receipt of necessary warehouse supplies and stationery

Skills & experience:

Strong planning and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
Attention to detail and high levels of accuracy in all administrative duties
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to adapt your style as needed
Competent IT skills, particularly in using warehouse management systems
Customer-focused approach with strong service ethics
Ability to problem-solve creatively and identify opportunities for operational improvements
Energetic, self-motivated, and driven to achieve results
