Role: Compliance Administrator

Location: Coventry, CV4 / Hybrid

Duration: 3 months

Rate: £14.64ph PAYE

To join the team you will have the ability to take ownership and responsibility for delivering a consistently high level of service within your team and across the business as a whole.

You'll be positive, optimistic and solutions-focused in everything you do even in the face of challenges, and you will believe passionately in the social value derived from delivering outstanding services.

On daily basis you will be answering inbound calls from internal and external customers/contractors helping them with their repairs, servicing and maintenance queries.

You will be aiming to provide a positive and safe resolution for your customer on all events.

Scheduling workloads for Inspectors, prioritising jobs as well as ensuring exceptionally accurate data entry is completed to adhere to compliance regulations in housing.
