Job Title: Property Licencing Administration Officer

Location: Ealing, London

Remuneration: Hourly rate £18.04 PAYE / £23.33 Umbrella

Contract Details: Temporary, 3 months (possibility of extension)

Responsibilities:

Providing advice and guidance to landlords and agents regarding property licencing and compliance.
Efficiently processing licencing applications and ensuring all necessary documentation is obtained.
Conducting thorough compliance checks to ensure adherence to regulations.
Delivering exceptional customer service, resolving queries, and maintaining positive client relationships.
