About the role:
Are you a passionate educator with a flair for teaching Key Stage 1? We are seeking a dynamic KS1 Teacher to join our warm and welcoming team on a part-time basis. You will be instrumental in shaping our curriculum to meet the needs of all learners while ensuring a fun and engaging classroom environment. Application Requirements:
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Experience teaching Key Stage 1 (KS1) pupils.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships with students and staff.
• Ability to create and implement engaging lesson plans.
• A commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
• A passion for nurturing young learners and encouraging their curiosity.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality lessons in line with the National Curriculum.
• Create a stimulating and safe classroom environment where children can thrive.
• Monitor and assess pupil progress, providing constructive feedback to enhance learning.
• Engage with parents and guardians to discuss student progress and achievements.
• Collaborate with other staff members to ensure a cohesive approach to teaching and learning.
• Participate in staff meetings, training, and development opportunities to enhance your skills.
