We are seeking a skilled and motivated Pallet Bay Operative to join my clients team.

They are based in Coalville and the role is a full time, 12 week temporary leading to permanent

This role is a vital part of their operations, encompassing both the efficient movement of goods and the construction of high-quality pallets.

Key Responsibilities:

* Pallet Construction:

* Constructing new pallets and repairing existing ones to meet specific specifications.

* Proficiently using power tools such as nail guns and saws to assemble pallets accurately and efficiently.

* Ensuring all pallets are built to a high standard of quality and safety.

* Warehouse Duties:

* Assisting with general warehouse duties as required.

* Maintaining accurate records of pallet movements and stock levels.

* Adhering to all health and safety regulations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

* Experience in pallet construction and repair an advantage

* Proficiency in using power tools, including nail guns and saws.

* Strong understanding of health and safety regulations.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

* Excellent communicationand organisational skills

* Valid FLT Counterbalance licence highly advantageous
