Salary: Up to £73,819 - £85,529 per annum - dependent on experience.

A proven track record in leading school improvement and raising attainment.
Strong skills in business management, budgeting, accounts, and compliance.
The ability to inspire and lead a dedicated team through change.
A passion for creating an inclusive and high-achieving learning environment.Essential:

Qualified teacher status ( QTS ).
Primary Headteacher experience.
