A Yorkshire-based business that develops and supplies software and hardware solutions to local authorities and waste management operators in the UK is looking for a Project Officer to join the team.

You will be able to work independently and have excellent communication skills. You need a logical, careful and consistent approach, with an eye for detail. Full training will be provided and will include shadowing other members of the team.

As Project Officer, your duties will include:

Writing or reviewing testing documentation
Examining and checking customer data before entry into the software
Carrying out testing and document results
Liaising with staff and developers on issues found
Configuring systems for customers
Attending meetings
Writing up minutes of meetings
Preparing agendas and relevant documentation
Writing Project Initiation Documents
Updating RAID and plans
Liaising with customers to provide updates on progress
We’re looking for a Project Officer with: 

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Proficient in use of Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
Self-motivation and the ability to work under own initiative and pressure
Previous testing or project office experience will be an advantage
This role may be suitable for flexible working hours.

Experience delivering SAAS projects
Experience using Monday project management platform
