We are excited to present a unique opportunity for an experienced Senior Facilities Manager within a rapidly growing and innovative real estate organisation. Our client is a real estate owner, developer that specialises in residential, commercial, hotel, and leisure asset classes and has in excess of £4bn AUM.
Key Responsibilities
Compliance and Risk Management:
* Oversee compliance in engineering, health and safety, and fire safety
* Manage risk assessments, including fire and H&S
* Ensure adherence to fire safety standards and regulations
Facilities Management:
* Identify and oversee the delivery of capex projects, both minor and major
* Develop and manage a robust Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedule
* Conduct regular inspections, addressing major issues as they arise
* Drive continuous improvements in FM operations
Requirements and Skills
* Strong background in mechanical and electrical systems
* Comprehensive knowledge of fire safety regulations
* Demonstrated experience in facilities management or a related role
* Proficiency in technical and engineering operations, as well as FM best practices
* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
* Strong organizational, leadership, and analytical abilities
* A relevant professional qualification (e.g., Certified Facility Manager – CFM) is advantageous
