Key Responsibilities of the Deputy Manager:

Deputy Manager Requirements:
Previous homecare experience is desirable, but we are open to candidates from care home or supported living backgrounds.
Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and a commitment to maintaining compliance.
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a focus on people management.
