A Business Development Specialist opportunity to create opportunities with leading retailers and pharmacy wholesalers in both the UK and Export markets.

Sayjo Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of an independent and unique business in the Wakefield, West Yorkshire area. This is a permanent and hybrid role.

This is an opportunity for an experienced business development professional to join a modern and highly successful supplier of health products to major supermarkets, specialist retailers and pharmacy wholesalers into the UK, EU and USA. This is a new role due to continued success and expansion, offering a great career path and training.

You will :

* Have an excellent proven business development track-record

* Thorough understanding of channel management and brand management

* Demonstrate clear achievements with of successful development of key national accounts within the Retail / Wholesale sector

* Knowledge and understanding of a unit sales into major retailers.

* Passionate about success, able to demonstrate flair for recognizing new business opportunities and delivering sales growth through new creative ideas.

* Excellent presentation and communication skills are essential as is the ability to build effective customer relationships at different management levels

* Experience in health care products or well being products would be a great advantage.

* Experience and success in International supply would be advantageous.
