Key Responsibilities:

Provide outstanding customer service in a professional and efficient manner
Assist customers with product inquiries, orders, and returns
Resolve customer issues and ensure satisfaction
Maintain a positive and friendly attitude while interacting with customers
Work collaboratively with the team to meet and exceed service goals
What We’re Looking For:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A customer-focused mindset with a passion for helping others
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required
What We Offer:

Competitive hourly wage
Flexible part-time hours - Monday and Tuesday 1pm - 5pm, Wednesday to Friday 10.00 - 3.00pm.
