Inspire Resourcing are recruiting for a Payroll Administrator to work for this highly reputable Engineering Company based in Mansfield.

Main duties:

* Managing the payroll function in relation to weekly and salaried employees (New Starters and Leavers)

* Collecting and double checking all hours are inputted into the system

* HMRC and Statutory submissions as required

* Updating internal CRM systems

* Calculation of Holiday Accrual monthly

* Reconciliation of Pension contributions

* Prepare and submission of P11D information

* Downloading and reconciliation of reports

* Supporting HR with administration

* Adhering to companies’ policies and procedure

* Liaising with internal departments

Requirements:

* Experience within a payroll position and doing the full function of payroll

* Processing information with accuracy

* Working within a fast-paced environment

Salary up to £30,000 DOE
