Overview

Atkins Search are recruiting for a Project Support Administrator to join a highly reputable and dynamic Building Design Consultancy based in Nottingham, offering flexible working in a friendly team environment.

Please note – we will accept applications from candidates seeking part time hours.

Responsibilities

* Answering the main telephone and responding to visitors in a professional manner and directing them accordingly.

* Administrative tasks such as setting up meetings, booking meeting rooms, arranging Teams meetings etc.

* Ensuring that all company policies, processes and systems are applied and adhered to.

* Assisting with the day-to-day process for Human Resources.

* Typing of meeting minutes, both from written and verbal sources.

* Monitoring of project documentation.

* Supporting and assisting with the introduction of new systems and processes.

Person

The ideal candidate for the Project Support Administrator, will have:

* Highly proficient in the use of Microsoft Packages.

* Minimum of 3 years administration experience.

* Good time management with the ability to multitask.

* Desire to understand and promote the company purpose, vision, values and culture.

* Positive, enthusiastic and personable.

Remuneration

As a Project Support Administrator, you will receive a highly competitive salary along with fantastic benefits including:

* Highly competitive salary, £23,000 - £24,000
