Job Title: Learning Support Assistant
Location: Manchester
Salary: £21,000 - £23,000 (Pro rata avaliable for part time)
Contract Type: Full-time & Part-time, Term-time Only 
We are looking for compassionate Learning Support Assistants to join our team in Manchester, supporting students with special educational needs (SEN) and learning difficulties.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide one-to-one or small group support to students with SEN.
Assist with accessing the curriculum and developing independence.
Collaborate with teachers to implement tailored learning strategies.
Monitor progress and support positive behavior in the classroom.Essential Requirements:

Experience working with children or young people with SEN.
Strong understanding of learning difficulties (e.g., Autism, Dyslexia, ADHD).
Empathy, patience, and excellent communication skills.Desirable:

Level 2/3 qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning (or equivalent).
Knowledge of safeguarding procedures.Why Join Us?
