Key Responsibilities:
 
Provide support to both onsite and remote users for business applications
Troubleshoot system issues and ensure smooth operations
Handle data tasks, including cleansing, exporting, and preparing weekly reports
Assist with technical projects and system upgrades
Key Skills:
 
Some experience in technical support, reporting, or data-focused roles
High attention to detail and accuracy in handling data
Comfortable providing both face-to-face and remote support to users
Proficiency in MS Excel
Knowledge of Salesforce, Sage, or SQL would be an advantage
