are working with an exciting client of ours to bring you this Sales administrator position working in a fast-paced dealership based in Wolverhampton.
Job Duties
Accurately maintaining and carrying out administrative duties for the sales department
Process Documentation including but not limited to Invoices, Finance Contracts, Registration
Carry out duties in accordance with the Data Protection Act to safeguard staff and customers
Always put the customer at the heart of your duties to ensure their experience is smooth and enjoyable achieving overall customer satisfaction.
Requirements
Experience in a Sales/ Finance administrator background
Exceptional Organisational skills
Great written and verbal communicator
Experience working in a fast-paced, busy environment

Working with a great company you will be carrying out all sales administration duties. Liaising with the dealership accountant and sales team you will provide additional support to ensure a smooth process for the customer. General working hours are Monday to Friday 8:30 am to 5:00pm with a strong annual salary of up to £30,000 (depending on experience).
