Customer Service Advisor
Location: Redhill
Salary: £12.50 - £13.30 per hour

Are you a people person with a passion for delivering excellent customer service? We're looking for Customer Service Advisors to join a dynamic contact centre in Redhill.

What You'll Be Doing:

Handling inbound and outbound customer calls
Resolving queries and providing support in a professional manner
Updating customer records accurately
Working as part of a supportive team to ensure a great customer experience

What We're Looking For:

Strong communication skills and a confident telephone manner
Previous customer service experience (call centre, retail, hospitality, etc.) is beneficial but not essential
A positive attitude and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Good IT skills and attention to detail
