We are working with a Local Authority in Surrey that is looking for an Experienced Social Worker to join their flourishing Adolescent team within their Childrens Services.

They need an Experienced Social Worker that is ready to help vulnerable children and their families really succeed and affect change. This Local Authority offers regular support and supervision to ensure the social workers' voice is heard. 

A dedicated professional is sought for a pivotal role in adolescent safeguarding, based in the heart of Surrey. This position promises a rewarding experience, with the chance to contribute to the safety and well-being of adolescents within a supportive community framework.

The role involves collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure the provision of comprehensive protection services for young people at risk. By joining this dynamic team, the chosen candidate will play a crucial role in identifying vulnerabilities, assessing risks, and implementing safeguarding plans tailored to individual needs.

Experience in multi-agency working is highly desirable, as is a clear, analytical approach to problem-solving and decision-making. Strong communication skills are vital, both for liaising with other professionals and for building trust with the adolescents under your care.

You will need at least 2 years of experience in Childrens Services to be eligible for this post in Surrey as an Experienced Social Worker.
