Class 1 Powder Tanker Driver

We’re looking for a dedicated Class 1 Powder Tanker Driver to ensure the safe and efficient delivery of premium cement powders across the East of England. This full-time role offers 45 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with opportunities for overtime and weekend work.

Person Specification:

* You will need to be enthusiastic, reliable and customer focussed for this role.

* Your ability to build and retain positive internal and external relationships is key.

* Hold a full HGV Licence with Driver Qualification Card and Driver CPC.

* Flexibility to work occasional night hours when required.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

* Ensure the safe and efficient delivery of our cement powders to various locations.

* Complete daily vehicle checks and keep your truck in top condition.

* Work in accordance with safe practices and legislation with regards to Driver Hours and the Working Time Directive

* Complete required paperwork with good attention to detail

* Liaise with Logistics/Distribution Manager in relation to stock of materials.
