We are looking for a number of general factory operatives to work full time for a manufacturer based in Telford.

The company are a steel-based manufacturer, so this role of factory operative is physically demanding and active at all times due to the nature of the work.

The role of general factory operative involves:

- Loading and unloading parts

- Moving raw materials into different areas

- Storing completed parts

- General labouring

Specifics of general factory operative are:

2 x Rotational Shift. 06:00-16:00, 16:00- 02:00

2 x fixed shift – 16:00 – 02:00

- Monday - Friday shift

- Temporary to Permanent contract (permanent after 3 month probation)

- Requires safety boots

- Physically demanding role
