Technical Manager

ISQ Recruitment is partnering with a fantastic food manufacturing business in Norwich, to find a committed and talented Technical Manager.
You’ll manage technical operations, support audits, and drive improvement initiatives across the site. This role demands a proactive approach to problem-solving, a passion for quality, and the ability to lead and inspire a team.
  
Key Responsibilities:

Take ownership of quality control and assurance across all stages of production.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance product quality and process efficiency.
Act as a key point of contact during audits, ensuring the business is always prepared and compliant.
Lead investigations into quality issues, implementing effective solutions that prevent recurrence.
Support and mentor the technical and hygiene teams, fostering a culture of excellence. Your Profile:

Experience in a technical/quality management role in food manufacturing.
Strong knowledge of HACCP and audit processes.
Leadership skills with attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
