Customer Operations and Logistics Coordinator - Ready to embark on a new career challenge at a specialist food and wine importer? This is a full-time, office-based position based in Bermondsey, Southwark, London as a Customer Operations and Logistics Coordinator.

Competitive Salary: £27,000 - £30,000 per annum

About the role:

This role is perfect for a recent graduate ready to dive into a thriving industry or someone with experience looking to take the next exciting step in their career. You will be integral to our mission of delivering the best of Greek culinary delights to the UK market. There will also be an option to work from home in this role.

Main duties and Responsibilities:

Act as the crucial point of contact between customers and the sales and warehouse teams.
Provide top-notch service to our retail customers.
Handle wholesale customer onboarding, coordinate order processing, and manage daily inquiries.
Oversee invoicing, manage statements, and control credit.
Develop and implement new processes to enhance efficiencies

Highly organised, excel at following and improving processes.
An excellent communicator, whether on the phone, via email, or in person.
You have an eagle eye for detail and a consistent approach to your work.
Always professional and adaptable while working in a fast-paced environment.
Commercially savvy, you understand the business implications of your decisions.
You are interested in our products and are keen to develop a knowledge about them.
Eager to grow with the role and the business and to get involved in all aspects of this role.
