Proactive are currently seeking a experinced Production / Machine Operators to support one of our valued clients based in Bedford. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established production team in a hands-on role, offering long-term prospects for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate machinery to manufacture and process varius products

• Manually handle materials, including lifting and moving items

• Maintain quality control and follow health and safety standards

• Assist with general warehouse and production duties as needed

• Keep the work area clean, safe, and well-organized

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment (preferred)

• Physically capable of manual handling tasks

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

• Reliable team player with a positive work ethic

Pay & Benefits:

• Competitive hourly rate: £12.21- £13.68
