Company:
The FM division of an international construction, engineering and FM contractor who have an enviable reputation for staff retention and employee welfare.

The Role:

You will be responsible for the planned and reactive maintenance of electrical building services within a large commercial building in Leeds City Centre,
You will also carry out first line maintenance of mechanical services (AHU's, FCU's, basic plumbing) and be responsible for general PPM's (tap temperatures, filter changing, flick tests).

The Person:
It is essential that you are a fully qualified electrician with experience of working in a facilities management environment.

Salary and Package:
Basic £38,000 (40 hours per week)
8% pension
25 days holiday - rising to 28 plus bank holidays at the end of the year.

Life insurance –2/3 salary is paid including pension contributions until you are 65 (just life a critical illness insurance policy)
