About this role
Established in 1989, our client is an independently run multi branch estate agency that has built a reputation for providing top-tier customer service over the last 30 years. They specialise in Sales and Lettings and pride themselves on long-standing client relationships and consistent customer referrals.
They are seeking an experienced Sales and Lettings professional to join their dynamic and highly successful team in their prominent South West London office in Colliers Wood.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
* Supporting the Sales and Lettings Branch Manager in driving business growth.
* Targeted monthly Sales and Lettings new business deals.
* Personal commission on all agreed deals directly responsible for, plus commission from solicitor and financial service successful referrals.
* Responsible for own Sales progression until completion.
* Maintaining and nurturing relationships with both new and existing clients.
* Ensuring excellent customer service at all times.
* Working alongside the Branch Manager, overseeing day-to-day operations in the office.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Proven experience in Sales and Lettings within an estate agency.
* Strong communication and negotiation skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Excellent knowledge of the South West London property market.
* Ideally ARLA qualified but not essential, we would actively encourage the obtaining the qualification whilst working for Ellisons.
The Package
Salary: Basic £27,000 | OTE £60,500
Inclusive of Car Allowance / Company Car Provided

Hours
Working Hours – five day working week (includes working every Saturday, with a day off during the week):
Monday to Friday until 6.30pm.
Saturday: 9:00am - 4:00pm
