Working for this well-established commercial food product manufacturer and supplier as a Food Process Development Manager, you’ll lead the delivery of the NPD / EPD process from kitchen handover to launch in line with customer category plans through management of development work across the site and your team.

Salary – Up to £50,000 Per Annum + 10% Bonus

Location – Poole

Role Type – Full Time / Permanent / Mon-Fri / 8-5

The Role

You’ll lead product development from kitchen to factory, ensuring manufacturing standards and margins are met. You'll manage development projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget, while overseeing all critical stages of the process.

Your role also includes leading feasibility meetings, cost analysis, and documentation to support product development. You will lead product launches, run trials, and ensure a smooth handover to Technical and Production teams. Post-launch, you'll collaborate with the Technical team to assess product quality and drive continuous improvement.

We are looking for food manufacturing experience within an FMCG environment in a similar role with HACCP / Food Safety Training.
