Senior Electrical Engineer sought, Exeter / Plymouth. Build Maintain Recruit (BMR) are actively representing a leading, multinational, multidisciplinary Consultancy seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to join their team based out of either Exeter or Plymouth. You will be joining a leader within the building services sector with a majority of your work being within the defence sector, or large complex schemes.

A world leading multidisciplinary infrastructure consulting Consultancy providing professional services to an array of projects throughout the project lifecycle.
  
Main Responsibilities:

Represent the business on MEP projects across the Southwest / South Wales
Manage engineers of a complementary discipline
Complete detailed designs and supervise the work of others
Demonstrate attention to detail and pride in work produced
Inspire confidence in team members and strengthen team-client relationships
Mentor and assist junior engineers
Manage time on projects to suit deadlines   
What you’ll need to succeed:

The ideal candidate will have solid experience in design capacity, good working knowledge of building services installations, and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Key requirements include relevant experience in design and delivery of projects, excellent communication skills, and the ability to inspire confidence in team members.
Relevant degree in electrical engineering
Preferred qualifications include a qualified Engineer with a proven track record, a CIBSE / IET / IMechE Engineering Council accredited honours degree, and IEng or CEng status
