Electrical Test & Inspection Engineer

Join our client’s compliance division as an experienced Electrical Test & Inspection Engineer. Be part of a growing team, playing a crucial role in technical operations and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

* Conduct electrical inspections and tests for clients

* Deliver detailed and accurate technical reports

* Implement continuous improvement measures

* Resolve technical and non-technical issues promptly

* Promote efficient working practices within the team

Required Experience/Skills:

* Experience in thermography and emergency lighting system inspections

* Familiarity with various electrical systems and equipment

* City & Guilds 2391 (or equivalent) qualification

* Strong understanding of modern test equipment, BS7671 standards, and technical terminology

* Knowledge of risk assessments and safe working practices

* Excellent communication and organizational skills

* Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

* Adaptability to various environments and client needs

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and mobile device technology

* Preferred but not essential: knowledge of the electrical engineering industry, fault finding experience, and ISO standards

Benefits:

* Salary: £45k-£49k per annum, depending on experience

Schedule:
