Specialising in high-end residential and commercial projects, this practice is committed to excellence in design and execution.

The Role

As an Architectural Technician, you will play a key role in:

Producing detailed technical drawings
Collaborating with architects and designers to ensure seamless project delivery
Applying your expertise in AutoCAD, Revit, and other industry-standard software
Ensuring compliance with current UK building regulations and construction methodsRequirements for the role of Architectural Technician:
-CIAT accreditation (or be working towards it, depending on experience)
-Sufficient post-qualification experience
-Experience in residential projects (beneficial)
-Strong knowledge of UK building regulations
-Proficiency in industry-standard software
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-A keen eye for detail and a flair for innovative design
-Solid understanding of construction methods and materials
-Confidence to manage projects from inception to completion
