AL797: Parts Advisor

Location: Saltash/Plymouth

Salary: £31,590

Working hours: Monday to Friday 07:00 - 17:00 or 08:00 - 18:00  with Saturdays on a rota basis 08:00 - 12:00

A new opportunity has arisen to join our client's business as a Parts Advisor at their site in Newton Abbot to provide excellent customer service to our parts customers.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Source and allocate parts
Stock monitoring
Answer phone calls, emails and walk ins from customers
Taking orders from customers
Ensure the correct parts are identified and dispatched to internal and external customers, liaising with colleagues to ensure customer expectations are met and, in most cases, exceeded.
Skills & Qualifications:

Previous experience with parts
Experience of using Kerridge/ADP preferable
Customer focused and excellent customer service at all times
Excellent relationship building with clients
Is highly organised and adaptable
Team Player
Has a driving licence (essential)
