A charity based in London are looking for an Interim Recruitment Transformation Consultant to a short duration. The role is to review their existing recruitment function with a few key focuses outlined below. The role is predominately remote with occasional travel into London.

Description

A Interim Recruitment Transformation Consultant to:

- Lead on the recruitment function transformation

- Work closely with the project manager to support on the build of their ATS. The ATS was implemented previously with basic functionality.

- Lead on 'hiring manager training' working with an external provider, including unconscious bias, equality act, inclusive recruitment. Your role will be to manage the comms and data, reviewing engagement and feedback.

- Prepare the recruitment team to start delivering the training after the summer

- Lead on comms across the organisation and attend SLT meetings

- Improvements include: anonymised screening, building workflows, implement a scoring system, review application and interview questions as well as other function improvements

An Interim Recruitment Transformation Consultant with:

- Previous experience improving a recruitment function

- Immediately available

- ATS implementation or functionality experience essential

- Charity experience essential
