As a Customer Service Representative – Sales, you will play a pivotal role in our Customer Service team, ensuring that every customer enjoys an exceptional journey. You will provide expert technical support, accurately identifying products and services while engaging with customers across multiple channels, including email, phone, and live chat. Your responsibilities will also involve addressing customer inquiries, managing records in line with GDPR regulations, and achieving both personal and team sales targets. Your knack for communication and problem-solving will shine in this vital role!

Hours of Work: Full Time

Customer Service Representative – Sales Requirements:

Proven experience in a customer-facing environment.
Strong customer orientation and a record of achieving sales through service.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to handle difficult situations with patience and empathy.
Strong team player with a goal-oriented focus.
