We are current looking for Valve Technicians for a long term contract in the Wilton area (Middlesbrough).

Immediate starts available

Rates of pay between £28 - £30 per hour.

Job description

Maintain and repair a wide range of safety valves and associated pressure safety devices, set valves to required tolerances, maintain and repair pilot operated relief valves
Maintain and repair a wide range of isolation valves including: gate valves, parallel slide valves, ball valves when required
Pressure testing valves and associated equipment
To adhere to all safety requirements incl. safety checks of tools and equipment
Enter all valve data in the Valve Management database
Actively promote the Core Values within all work-based activitiesCity & Guilds or NVQ Level 3 in Mechanical Engineering would be expected.

Must have in date CCNSG Safety Passport as you may be required to work on site.
