About the role:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated KS2 Teacher to join this outstanding school starting in January 2025. This is a full-time, long-term position, perfect for someone passionate about primary education and eager to make a lasting impact.
As a KS2 Teacher, you will be an integral part of a collaborative team, delivering engaging lessons in core and creative subjects. You’ll inspire your class to achieve their full potential while embedding a love of learning. The role also offers opportunities to contribute to extracurricular activities and wider school initiatives.
Application Requirements:
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• A degree in education or a relevant subject.
• Experience teaching Key Stage 2 (preferred but not essential for exceptional candidates).
• A strong understanding of the UK National Curriculum.
• Excellent classroom management skills and a nurturing approach.
• A passion for education and a commitment to student progress.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and deliver high-quality lessons tailored to KS2 students.
• Create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Assess, track, and report on student progress.
• Collaborate with colleagues to plan cross-curricular activities.
• Engage with parents and carers to support students’ development.
• Participate in professional development and school events.
