Our client is a residential housing developer based in Warwickshire with premium residential properties in the private sector – from houses for first-time buyers to luxury 5-bedroom family homes.

Our client now has an opportunity for an experienced New Build Sales Manager to join our west midlands development. Projects BASED in Warwickshire.

CAD Technician Responsibilities:
Price Drawings
Be familiar with reinforcement, drainage, concrete works and setting out.
Liaise with the Surveyor, clients, Manufacturers and contractors.
Present 3D Modelling and drawings whilst assisting the site team with any questions related to the drawings.

CAD Technician Experience:
Ensure CAD standards and procedures are followed for all drawings and calculations
Minimum 2 years of experience with AutoCAD
Previous experience in a CAD Technician role new build residential background
Surveying or engineering degree (preferred)
Experience with MS Office Suite
Must have a valid driver’s license
