We have an exciting opportunity for a Housing Solutions Officer in the Enfield, EN1, area.
The successful candidate will be working in Market Management Services providing housing advise, homelessness casework and supporting households in temporary accommodations.
Duties will include, but are not limited to:
* Conducting suitability and affordability assessments
* Raising property/building repairs
* Assisting tenants with their home move from temporary accommodation to private rented
* Conducting property inspections
* Moving new tenants into their temporary accommodation property
* Liaising with managers and other departments regarding building or tenant queries
* Uploading files, comments, incidents, health and circumstances changes onto tenant profiles
Requirements:
* Experience working in housing departments (private or council)
* Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
* Ability to communicate with various stakeholders in professional manner
* Ability to resolved complex queries in a timely manner
* Enhanced DBS
* 3 years employment references
This role is office based and remote working cannot be accommodated.
Pay rate: £20/h.
Hours: 36 hours per week
