Ecosurety are looking for a thorough, organised and passionate Marketing communications specialist with excellent communication skills to join our marketing team and work in tandem with another Marketing communications specialist. The successful candidate’s responsibilities will include creating a wide range of content and ensuring timely B2B communications through website updates, sales tools, newsletters and social media posts.

Job Description

Responsible for creating engaging and professional B2B content for external communications, including slide decks and other sales tools, website updates and newsletters. 
Create content for the LinkedIn channel and post according to social media guidelines and policy.
Coordinate external events planning, including stand preparation and securing speaking slots, with the support of the office admin team.
Organise webinars, from set up to hosting (speakers introduction and allocating questions). 
Provide support with internal comms as required (including internal newsletter coordination).
Provide support to the PR strategy delivery, including press release proofreading and press coverage logging. 
Ensure external comms follow the brand guidelines, the marketing & comms code of conduct, and bring a high level of quality, accuracy and consistency to the content creation.
 
Person Specification

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organisational skills and ability to manage priorities
High level of compliance and attention to detail
Excellent IT skills, including excellent experience of Microsoft PowerPoint, Canva, Adobe Photoshop and Word. 
Good experience of B2B social media management (LinkedIn).
Experience of website CMS (Content Management System) platforms and webinar hosting platforms (such as gotowebinar) is preferred.
Proactive and fast learner, able to take on new and technical information quickly
Knowledge of B2B PR would be a plus, not a requirement
Experience of video editing would be a plus, not a requirement
Passion for sustainability and the environment

Package

Circa £30K per year 
Permanent contract, full time, 8 hours per day
28 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays 
5 x salary life insurance, 7% employer pension contribution, up to 10% bonus, employee health cash plan, paid sick leave, critical illness cover, 2 weeks workcation, options to buy additional holiday or unpaid leave, 3 days volunteer leave, happy to talk flexible working, remote working, wellbeing support, great office location, £250 home working set up payment.
