What you will be doing:

Number 2 to a lead Senior Quantity Surveyor
Responsible for procurement and management of subcontractor packages.
Preparing CVR's
Will be overseeing and mentoring junior staff

This well established contractor is looking for:

At least 3+ years experience working within a QS position, for a main contractor business
Excellent communication skills
Enthusiastic
Team Player
Driven

Role: Quantity Surveyor (PQS)

Location: Essex

Contract type: Permanent

Salary: Upto £65k - Negotiable and additional package
