Connect2Socialwork are looking for a Team manager to cover a busy Family Safeguarding Team in Dudley Council

Daily duties include:

Supervising staff
Allocating work
Chairing Multi agency strategy meetings
Chairing PLO meetings
Quality assuring work
Supporting staff
Dealing with complaintsRequirements as a Social Worker include:

SWE Registration
Eligible to work in the UK
Drive and have access to a car
Post-qualified experience
